This initiative provides support, advocacy, and kinship caregiver groups for relatives who are raising children. Financial aid is available for expenses such as utilities, food, clothing, car repairs, and rental or mortgage payments.

Who can use this
- Applicants must be caring for minor relatives, aged 18 or younger, with absent biological parents, no open Child Protective Services cases, residing in Snohomish County, and earning at or below 300% of the federal poverty level in Washington State.
