Intake Process: To schedule an intake or assessment appointment, individuals can either call the Get Help phone line or complete the online Get Help Form. New patients are required to undergo an assessment with a counselor, which will inform a personalized treatment plan that specifies the patient’s health objectives.
Payment Options: The program provides self-pay, financial assistance, and a sliding-fee scale based on income, ensuring that the cost of care is affordable. It accepts Medicaid as well as certain commercial insurance plans.

- Adults experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues such as major depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder, with a particular emphasis on serving the African-American community.
