Who can use this
- You may be eligible for RBF if you reside within the Lynnwood city limits and are enrolled in the Free Lunch Program through the Edmonds School District or possess a letter of Permanent Disability from the Social Security Administration. If you do not have these benefits, a current copy of your Federal Income tax return can be used for eligibility.
