This initiative provides vouchers for complimentary eye exams and glasses to those who are unhoused or have low income in King County and Snohomish County.
To apply, individuals should call or email to schedule an appointment.
There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals or families who are unstably housed, unhoused, or at risk of losing their housing, including those in emergency shelters, transitional or supportive housing, utilizing day center services, couch surfing, staying with family or friends, or residing in permanent supportive housing within King and Snohomish Counties.
