Primary care providers assess both new and returning patients for mental health and substance use issues. They refer patients to on-site behavioral health specialists and psychiatric consultants for additional care while collaborating to develop a comprehensive care plan.

Intake Procedure: Patients must enroll in primary care services and request a referral from their provider.

Fees: The clinic accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and provides a sliding fee scale for those without insurance coverage.
