This initiative provides emergency food aid to low-income individuals residing in the zip codes 99004, 99014, 99020, and occasionally 99224 (based on address). Participants must present a photo ID and proof of residence. Registration can be completed at the Cheney Outreach Center or Cheney Cupboard, with language support available via Google Translate.
