This program provides rental assistance to individuals residing north of Hawthorne Road within the Spokane County area, but it does not include Deer Park.

Intake Method: Must be done in person.

Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.

Who can use this

  • Residents must live in the designated area and be low-income, seniors, or disabled; the service area extends from the north side of Hawthorne Road to the Spokane County border, excluding Deer Park which has its own resources.
