This program offers Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications, as well as micro-dosing for Fentanyl usage and the administration of Sublocade injections.

Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance. There are income-based sliding scale fees available, while additional lab tests will incur separate charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals with an opioid use disorder are eligible, and polysubstance users may be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, Methadone treatment is not provided.
