Eligibility for assistance is evaluated during a scheduled intake appointment. The service area includes the region south of the Spokane River, north of E. Apache Pass Rd, east of S. Cherry, and west of S. Rodeo Dr.
To apply, individuals must call to arrange an intake appointment.
