Who can use this
- Clients must live within the chapter's service area and have experienced a disaster in the past week that has caused them to be displaced from their home. The disaster must be confirmed by a public safety official or a Red Cross disaster worker. Disasters are characterized by temporary or permanent damage to a residence that renders it uninhabitable, and the damage must result from accidental or natural causes, not from criminal actions by the client.
