This program provides outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, featuring both individual and group therapy, case management, and support for co-occurring conditions. It includes medication-assisted treatment for individuals with opiate use disorders, as well as management for alcohol withdrawal in an outpatient setting.

Intake Process: Interested individuals should call to connect with a behavioral health patient experience specialist. Enrollment in primary care services may be required before accessing substance use disorder treatment.

Costs: The program accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offers a sliding fee scale for those without insurance coverage.
