Primary care providers assess both new and existing patients for mental health and substance use issues, facilitating referrals to on-site behavioral health specialists and psychiatric consultants for additional care while developing a cohesive treatment plan.
Intake Procedure: Register for primary care services and ask for a referral from a provider.
Fees: Accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Provides a sliding fee scale for individuals without insurance.
