Habitat for Humanity collaborates with individuals in Spokane County to assist them in constructing or enhancing their homes. Homeowners engage in the building of their own residences alongside volunteers and manage an affordable mortgage.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can either call or complete the online contact form.
Fees: Homeowners are responsible for paying the mortgage once their home is completed.
Who can use this
- Applicants must have an income below 80% of Spokane's median income and be first-time homebuyers, as well as qualify for a third-party mortgage.
