About this resource
This initiative runs an emergency day shelter in the Spokane area during extreme weather conditions. The shelter is activated when temperatures exceed 95 degrees, drop below 15 degrees, or when air quality is hazardous, as determined by the city of Spokane.
Intake Process: Individuals can enter without prior arrangements. Paratransit services are available for transportation if necessary.
Costs: There are no fees associated.
