Provides HUD-subsidized housing for older adults with very low incomes. The rent is calculated at 30% of the tenant's income and covers all utilities, excluding phone, internet, and cable services. Interested individuals should apply to join the waiting list. The facility also features a clubhouse and organizes community activities.
