About this resource
This program offers HUD-supported housing for older adults with very low income. Rent is determined based on 30% of the tenant's income and covers all utilities, excluding phone, internet, and cable services. An application is required to be added to the waiting list.
Intake Procedure: Applicants must complete an apartment application form and undergo a background check.
Fees: Section 8 vouchers and HUD assistance are accepted.
