Who can use this

Children under 3 years old in Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, and Lincoln counties qualify for early intervention services if they meet one or more of the following criteria: - A professional evaluation indicates a developmental delay of 25% or more for their age - A diagnosed physical or mental condition, such as hearing loss or vision impairment, likely to cause delayed development - A score of 1.5 standard deviations below their age in any developmental area.
