Who can use this

Certain relatives may also qualify for benefits from a deceased worker, including widows or widowers aged 60 or older (50 or older if disabled), those caring for the deceased's child under 16 or disabled, unmarried children under 18 or developmentally disabled, and dependent parents aged 62 or older.
