Provides intensive inpatient care and a recovery house that delivers services for substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral issues in a residential environment.

Costs: Accepts Medicaid from United Behavioral Healthcare, Molina, CHPW, Amerigroup, and AI/AN. For those not eligible for Medicaid, a sliding scale fee is available based on income and family size. Medicaid is accepted for drug and alcohol assessments. The fee for the alcohol and drug information school is $75. Private insurance is also accepted, along with a sliding scale for qualifying individuals.
