About this resource
This program assists homeless adults dealing with mental health challenges by providing comprehensive housing case management services, which include finding housing, filling out applications, conducting interviews, handling compliance documents, signing leases, teaching independent living skills, and setting personal goals.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can self-refer through an online form, or by calling, emailing, or faxing.
Fees: Accepted through Medicaid, Molina, Amerigroup, and Community Health Plan of Washington. For further details, please reach out directly.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with a psychiatric disorder or emotional disturbance who are connected to a Regional Support Network (RSN) provider.
