This program operates by appointment and provides emergency energy assistance to individuals who either do not qualify for or have exhausted all other available energy aid options. It does not cover residents of Vera or the City of Cheney. Applicants must be experiencing financial challenges, such as overdue bills, service disconnection, or an inability to pay.
