About this resource
This initiative delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Participants benefit from monthly food assistance and can obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers' markets.
Intake Procedure: To determine eligibility and schedule an appointment, please call. Follow-up appointments will be arranged every one to three months.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and face a nutrition risk. Eligible individuals include: pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, breastfeeding or chestfeeding parents, and children under the age of 5. Income eligibility is also met if they receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
