This program provides two low-income housing properties featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom units aimed at individuals earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). A waitlist might be in place.
Intake Procedure: For additional information, please call. A waitlist may be applicable.
Fees: Prices differ depending on the size of the unit and Fair Market Rent.
Who can use this
- Applicants must earn 60% or less of the AMI, with a focus on assisting individuals transitioning from homelessness and those with disabilities.
