Who can use this
- The PSE Assistance (HELP) Program is designed for income-eligible households who are customers of Puget Sound Energy, holding a PSE account in their name or that of a household member. Applicants must adhere to income guidelines and show a need for help with natural gas and/or electric utility expenses, with eligibility confirmed through documentation and managed by CACLMT as a recognized community action agency.
