Providence St. Peter Chemical Dependency Center

The program provides outpatient treatment for substance use disorders and problem gambling for adults and adolescents, available in both individual and group formats. It also offers brief screening and intervention services.

Intake Process: Assessments are conducted on a drop-in basis. Individuals should visit in person Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, to complete initial paperwork and verify insurance benefits. Depending on the availability of counselors, an assessment may be conducted immediately or scheduled for a later date. The entire process usually lasts between 15 to 20 minutes, though it may take longer if there are challenges in contacting the insurance provider.

Fees: The program accepts private insurance, Medicare, and Apple Health (Medicaid). For low-income or indigent individuals, payment plans and other funding options are available.
