About this resource
This program offers short-term, intensive services at home, in schools, and within the community for adolescents and their families facing various challenges.
Intake Process: For more details, call or check the website to complete a referral. Families have the option to self-refer.
Cost: No fees are charged.
Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must be residents of Thurston or Mason County, aged 12 to 17, enrolled in Medicaid (with some exceptions for non-Medicaid families), exhibit anti-social behavior, and face challenges in at least two areas such as family issues, school, juvenile justice, mental health, or child welfare. Exclusions apply to youth living independently, those in temporary care for less than six months, individuals with Pervasive Developmental Disorders, those primarily referred for imminent suicidal or homicidal behavior, youth with severe psychiatric issues, and juvenile sex offenders lacking other delinquent behaviors.
