About this resource
Case managers are tasked with recruiting, training, and licensing individuals interested in becoming foster parents, and they continue to offer support services thereafter. This includes counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitating placements.
Intake Process: Submit a dependency filing with the state of Washington.
Costs: Covered by DCYF.
Who can use this
- Youth between the ages of 6 and 18 years. Foster parents cater to youth aged 6 to 18.
