Provides Apple Health insurance for pregnant women and new parents with incomes below 193% of the Federal Poverty Level, with coverage commencing on the first day of the month when the application is submitted.

Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state with incomes at or below 210% of the Federal Poverty Level who are either pregnant or have experienced a pregnancy loss in the past year. When determining FPL, the household is considered to include the unborn child; for instance, a single person expecting one child counts as a two-person household.
