This program provides coverage for essential incontinence supplies, including diapers, pull-ups, pads, and underpads, for qualified individuals with a doctor's prescription, ensuring a monthly distribution following prior authorization. Supplies are typically shipped directly to homes by specialized suppliers.
Intake Procedure: A qualifying diagnosis and prior authorization from a primary care physician are required, followed by verification with the managed care plan to identify an approved supplier. Generally, suppliers will deliver directly to the individual's residence.

Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state aged 3 and older who receive WA Apple Health (Medicaid) benefits and have a qualifying diagnosis along with a provider's order for supplies.
