About this resource
This service offers a door-to-door shared ride public transportation option for individuals with disabilities that hinder their use of fixed route buses. To utilize Dial-A-Lift, passengers need to fill out an application and obtain certification of their eligibility. There are no costs associated with riding.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can visit the website, send an email, or make a phone call to obtain an application. Help with completing the application is available. Applications are processed within 21 days. Those who qualify can call 360-754-9393 to arrange their rides.
Fees: There are no fees.
