Intake Process: You can either drop in or call for more information.
Costs: There is no charge for information or for first-time visitors. A yearly membership is available for $25 for those who wish to join, which also includes a subscription to Heartbeat magazine.
Who can use this
- Open to anyone who has had a heart attack, undergone any surgical heart procedure, or has a heart condition, including family members and caregivers.
