Intake Process: Applications can be made by contacting the Housing Authority of Thurston County. Referrals are managed through the local housing authority and associated homelessness assistance services.
Cost: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be single adults aged 18 or older who are facing chronic homelessness in Thurston County, with income at or below 30% of the Area Median Income. Those with sex offender status are ineligible. Housing is open to male, female, and gender non-conforming individuals, and applicants must meet the Thurston County Housing Authority Section 8 requirements, including no convictions for methamphetamine manufacturing and no violent criminal convictions in the last year.
