The program offers nutrition assessments, education, and vouchers for healthy foods to pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children under five, with WIC checks averaging around $50 monthly per participant.

Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who meet or fall below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and face a nutrition risk are eligible. This includes pregnant or postpartum individuals, breastfeeding parents, and children under five. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF are also considered income-eligible.
