This service offers a respectful and equitable method for addressing complaints related to child protection, welfare cases, foster home licensing, child care programs, and juvenile rehabilitation.

Intake Procedure: To address concerns, begin by discussing the issue with the assigned worker or licensor. If this does not lead to a resolution, escalate the matter to the worker’s supervisor. Should the supervisor fail to resolve the issue, reach out to the area administrator. If the matter remains unresolved after contacting the area administrator, you can then get in touch with DCYF Constituent Relations.
