Who can use this

Anyone can submit a complaint without restrictions. To become foster parents, individuals must be at least 21 years old, have adequate income, use positive discipline, provide age-appropriate supervision as directed by a social worker, and complete required training. Adults in the home must undergo background checks and tuberculosis testing, while youth aged 16 to 18 must also complete a Washington State Patrol check.
