About this resource
This program manages four residential facilities located in Orting, Port Orchard, Spokane, and Walla Walla, which provide round-the-clock nursing care, medical assistance, and pharmacy services for veterans and their spouses who cannot support themselves due to physical or mental disabilities.

Who can use this
- Must have served at any time in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard, reside in Washington State, and have received an honorable discharge, or be the spouse of a resident, widow of an eligible veteran, or a Gold Star Parent who lost a child in service. Inquire about financial requirements.
