Who can use this
- To qualify, an individual must be a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or trafficking, or a criminal justice, elections official, or protected health care worker who has experienced threats or harassment. The individual must be concerned for their safety, live in Washington, and be an adult.
