This program offers nutrition assessments, educational resources, and vouchers for healthy foods to pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children under 5, with WIC checks averaging around $50 monthly per participant.
Intake Procedure: Contact to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who meet or fall below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk are eligible. This includes pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, or those breastfeeding, as well as infants and children under 5. Income eligibility is also granted to those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF.
