About this resource
This program offers nutrition assessments, education, and vouchers for healthy foods to pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children under five years old, with WIC checks averaging around $50 monthly per participant.
Intake Process: Contact us to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment.
Cost: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk are eligible. This includes pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, breastfeeding or chestfeeding parents, and children under five. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF are also considered income-eligible.
