About this resource
This program offers 50 studio and one-bedroom apartments aimed at low-income seniors. There are five units available for individuals under 62 who have disabilities and need accessible housing. The waiting list is roughly three years long.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call or email. Applications can be obtained in person, via email, or through the mail.
Fees: Rent is set at about 30% of the household's annual income. Section 8 vouchers are not accepted as the units are already subsidized.
