About this resource
This initiative provides 18 subsidized housing units aimed at low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities, while two units are offered at full price. There is currently a waitlist for those interested in moving into the apartments.

Fees: Rent for the subsidized units is approximately 30% of the household income, with water, sewer, and garbage services included. The non-subsidized units require full rental payment.
