This program employs the Twelve Steps of recovery to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing from compulsive overeating, which can occur regardless of an individual's weight status.
Intake Procedure: You can attend a meeting without prior arrangement, reach out for additional details, or check the website. Meetings maintain anonymity, so participants only use first names, and confidentiality is respected. There are no weigh-ins conducted.
