About this resource
This program offers nutrition evaluations, educational resources, and vouchers for specific healthy foods to pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children under 5 years old. WIC checks average about $50 each month for every participant.
Intake Procedure: Contact to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment.
Fees: There are no fees.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who meet or fall below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition-related risk. Eligible individuals include: pregnant individuals, postpartum parents or those breastfeeding, infants, and children under 5. Income eligibility is also met if applicants receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
