About this resource
This initiative delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance for pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants are provided with monthly food benefits and may also receive seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
