About this resource
This service acts as the primary access point for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to receive help with their housing situations. It offers a range of programs, including the Coordinated Entry System.
Intake Process: To begin, please call for a pre-screening. A Coordinated Entry Assessment will be conducted, followed by a referral to the most suitable homeless housing provider. Admission into a program is contingent upon available funding and program slots.
Fees: There are no fees involved.

- Individuals must be low-income and either homeless or facing eviction, with program placement reliant on funding and availability.
