About this resource
This service offers door-to-door transportation for individuals aged 70 and older or those with disabilities who cannot use fixed routes.
Application Process: To access the service, an application is required. Applications can be obtained at the main office, through the Valley Transit website, or by calling dispatch to request a mailed application.
Cost: Valley Transit is part of the Zero-Fare Pilot Program, allowing the Dial-A-Ride service to be free for all users from September 6, 2022, until December 31, 2025.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be 70 years or older or have a doctor confirm a disability that hinders their ability to use regular bus routes.
