Offers hospice care for individuals facing terminal illnesses.
Intake Process: A referral is not required. Eligibility hinges on a terminal illness certification from both the hospice physician and the individual's personal doctor, if applicable. Accessing hospice services does not necessitate a personal physician or provider.
Costs: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, and insurance reimbursements.
Who can use this
- Individuals with terminal illnesses who have a life expectancy of six months or less and have completed curative treatment.
