Delivers emotional support and resources for families of children with special needs and disabilities via trained veteran parents, group meetings, social gatherings, educational workshops, peer mentoring, and community outreach initiatives.

Cost: Free of charge.
Who can use this
- Families of individuals with developmental disabilities or special healthcare needs are eligible, including parents, siblings, grandparents, and guardians, provided they are caregivers of a person with special needs or disabilities.
