Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call, and the intake line is available for collect calls.

Who can use this
- General adoption has no restrictions, while Special Needs Adoption is available for families with a child under 18 who is legally free, has special needs, and is either in state-funded foster care or eligible for federal adoption assistance.
