This program provides an array of community health services such as Maternity Support, Infant Case Management, and Maternal Child Health.

Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), most private insurance plans, private payments, and has a sliding fee scale available.
Who can use this
- To qualify, Maternity Support requires WA Apple Health (Medicaid) enrollment and being in the pregnancy cycle. For Infant Case Management, the baby must be on WA Apple Health (Medicaid), aged 3-12 months, and meet DSHS criteria. Maternal Child Health eligibility includes being under 18 years and residing in Yakima County. Maternity Case Management also requires WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and being in the pregnancy cycle.
